Yoga for kids!
Yoga isn't just for grown-ups! Using games, songs, props, and endless imagination, kid's yoga classes are a fun way to teach children body/mind awareness. Yoga helps children build strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as compassion for others and a sense of accomplishment in learning how many amazing things their body can do. Trained by children's yoga expert Shari Vilchez-Blatt of Karma Kids Yoga, I have been working with children of all ages (babes through teenagers) to share the joy of yoga since the fall of 2010.

Annie's kids yoga classes are fantastic! Our daughter has been in class with her since she was 6 weeks old (-6 months if you count prenatal) and now, at 3, it is definitely her favorite day of the week. Annie's classes engage the kids both through their bodies and their minds - she helps them develop not only balance and motor skills, but creativity and imagination! Her warm personality and genuine love for children shines through in everything she does. The classes are stimulating, completely engaging, and most of all, fun for everyone!
