"Meeting Annie has truly been one of the biggest blessings in my life. She has helped me to find my inner and outer yogi with the kindness, compassion, and the kind of patience you would fine in only the best eastern yoga teachers. She has helped me to strengthen my practice with her knowledge and attention to alignment. Oh yeah! Her signature massages pre savasana are wicked awesome! She is one of the best yoga instructors I've worked with."

What is Thai Yoga Massage?
Thai Yoga Massage is an amazing way to experience the openness of yoga and the total surrender and relaxation of a massage. The recipient (you) allows the practitioner (me) to guide their body into a yogic sequence of gentle stretching and massage. With almost no physical effort on your part you are guided into a yogic state of relaxation and bliss.
I have been practicing Thai Yoga Massage as a certified practitioner for since 2010, and expanded my practice three years ago to include Prenatal Thai Yoga Massage in 2011. I studied publicly and privately with as well as assisted my teacher Jyothi K. Watanabe, a senior instructor in the school of Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage.
Depending on your location and space, I can come to you to provide a 60-90 minute massage. I also see clients in my home in Astoria, and offer prenatal massage to clients of Karma Kids Yoga. For more information on a massage in your home or mine, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information on a prenatal massage at Karma Kids Yoga, visit our Thai Yoga Massage page.
